This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Don was great start to finish. Heather walked me thru the paperwork in record time and Kyle was very knowledgeable and able to run me through the electronics. Vehicle was spotless when I arrived. I even threw them a curveball by deciding to finance it at the last minute and they completed the mountain of paperwork Wisconsin requires before I arrived. Everyone was 10/10, and I'm usually very impatient!

I have purchased 4 vehicles through Von Holzens and have always had a great experience. Heather our sales rep even calls to wish me a Happy Birthday! I purchased a new to me vehicle 2 weeks ago and it was ready for me overnite it was once again an awesome experience. I went back to see Tom a salesman who knows an awful lot about technology on the new cars. He was awesome to deal with and I feel like I now know how to do everything I need to on my new to me car! Tom and Heather arent getting paid enough whatever it may be! Ive been to many dealerships, but I have to say that Von Holzens was the very best experience yet. I wasnt pressured into anything and the way that Tom and Heather treated my wife and I.....those 2 deserve a raise because I can tell you this for sure....IM COMING BACK TO DO BUSINESS WITH VON HOLZENS AGAIN. Sales staff professional, courteous, friendly and patient. I had my preferences considered and I was educated on items. I was not in immediate need of a vehicle but very interested in certain things.
