Cannot recommend this dealer enough! Caril in sales in INCREDIBLE. She treats you like you’ve been friends for years instead of a customer. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. Channing in finance is also fantastic. He’s not a pushy finance manager just provides you the information you need to make a well informed decision. Thank you both for such a great experience!! Just bought my first car today with Vorderman! I had a great experience, they made the process super easy and were not using high pressure sales tactics on me at all. They have great deals and incentives on new cars. I would highly recommend working with Christian for all of your needs in the future, he was great!

Ok I put this up once looks like I'm doing it again....do not use this place. They are liars and scam artist and literally stole 1900 dollars which is my 67 year old disabled veteran fathers social security check. They claimed to have fix the issue and did.a 5 mile test drive. My father picked up the car and barely got out of the lot before it shut down. They them called my father begging for this review to be taken down. They were going to work out a deal for him and haven't even contacted him since Wednesday. This is also going on TikTok

Own a 2021 VW Atlas. In town from Indianapolis for a hockey tournament staying at the hotel next door to the stealership. Check engine light came on during the drive up. Drove over to the service department as soon as they opened to have the code read for the check engine light. Service department reps told me they could not just read the code and that a “full diagnostic” would need to be performed…to tune of who knows how much time and money. I’m guessing this is how they make a quick buck off of the uninitiated. They told me they don’t even have a simple code reader in the entire building. I call BS. Every other stealership I’ve visited has a simple code reader and is willing to read/clear a code. Backed the car out and drove five minutes to a nearby AutoZone, where they were more than happy to read the code for me. Great customer service, Vorderman…
