From the moment I arrived at Voyles CDJR, I was greeted with courtesy and helpfulness. Rena Goodrich, my sales associate, was a delight to work with and she made ever attempt to make the purchasing process comfortable and stress-free. I appreciate all the staff who help me during the purchase of the new RAM. There was no "high pressure" salesmanship or pushing me to make a decision about the purchase. Everyone was willing to work with me to assure I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Voyles CDJR!

I would have given them 5 stars. However the daily reminders to “complete” the survey and it’s not a Survey at all is worrisome. If you click on a lower star it route to A website that has an open box asking you how they can improve and if you give a good rating, it brings you here to write the review. I guess to boost their reviews. I’m not much of a review person but since I get the daily email reminders I’ll leave it here for you. I found the car I wanted online. Drive 2 or so hours filled out the paper work and was out with my car in about a hour. It was pretty painless and their detail guys were AMAZING. Probably the best work I have ever seen. This was the first time I bought a car and they didn’t fill the tank up (not a big deal but I did notice). Overall I would buy from them again but give a different email to avoid the constant “survey” reminders ☺️

I recently took my vehicle to the service department at Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Birmingham (1313 Grants Mill Way), and it was one of the most frustrating and shady experiences I’ve had at a dealership. First, one service advisor clearly told me over the phone that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I went ahead and completed the recommended repairs through them. That was the only reason I agreed to bring the car in for diagnosis—I felt it was a fair deal. However, when I arrived and spoke with a different advisor, they insisted the diagnostic fee was a standalone charge that couldn’t be waived, no matter what. No one could explain the contradiction, and it felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics. To make matters worse, after speaking with yet another advisor (the second one I dealt with this week), they went ahead and completed one of the two repairs without ever getting my explicit approval or even a verbal go-ahead. I was still discussing options and hadn’t signed off on anything, but they just did it anyway. When I questioned it, the response was dismissive, like it was no big deal. This place has some seriously shady business practices—conflicting information from advisors, unauthorized work, and a total lack of accountability. I won’t be going back, and I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. There are plenty of other shops in the Birmingham area that actually respect their customers and communicate clearly. Avoid the service department here if you value transparency and honesty. 1 star is generous.

Blaze was very helpful. I had a small issue, and he worked with service department to get it resolved quickly. Software needed updating. Over the years we have bought numerous cars here.

I just purchased my 2026 Ram. I will start off by saying over all the experience was easy, quick, and not stressful. Blaze my salesmen was professional not pushy and knowledgeable. Jackson was the manger I worked with. We were able to come up w/ a deal that was fair and reasonable for both sides. The finance manger was quick painless and also not pushy. The ownership group runs a professional environment and staff. I will purchase future vehicles from them and I will use them for service. Highly recommend this dealership for an easy experience.
