We had such a great experience with David Peralta at Volkswagen Ocala! From the start, he was friendly, welcoming, and never pushy. David really listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to get us a deal we felt great about! He was patient, honest, and easy to talk to, which made the whole car-buying process way less stressful than expected. You could truly tell he cared about helping us, not just making a sale! We absolutely love our VW Atlas and couldn’t be happier with our purchase!! If you’re shopping at Volkswagen Ocala, do yourself a favor and ask for David Peralta — highly recommend!!

Very happy with my experience here. In 40 years of dealing with dealerships, not once did I have a good experience with sales…until I got here. The staff, and especially David P. were easy to deal with, and they presented prices that were transparent. They have a very modern facility with streamlined processes, and great amenities. I would buy here again.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership. We were given specific numbers over text that we practically agreed to before making the trip. Based on those agreed terms, we drove over an hour and a half at night with two children — including a newborn — to finalize the deal. When we arrived, we were told the deal “did not stand.” They first claimed they never received the payoff amount for our trade-in. When we pulled up the text messages showing that we had clearly sent the payoff — and they acknowledged it — the story changed. Then we were told they didn’t know why the person who gave us the quote over the phone would have done that. A manager at that. Instead of honoring what was sent to us in writing, they tried to present a completely different deal that was nowhere close to the original numbers. The entire situation felt misleading and incredibly unprofessional. We rearranged our evening and made a long drive with small children based on numbers they provided, only to feel like the deal was never real to begin with. We left upset, frustrated, and feeling like our time and trust were completely disregarded. I would strongly caution others to get everything formally documented and confirmed before making a trip here.

Excellent no pressure experience. They will negotiate on price somewhat. Call ahead to give them time to prepare which will speed up the process. I completed my purchase in about 2 and a half hours. If you finance there you will have to endure the standard selling of warranty plans. Make sure to skip all of those unless your vehicle has high mileage.

I made my first car purchase at VW. Miguel was a pleasure to work with; he's honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I absolutely love my car! I highly recommend Miguel and this dealership. The staff is amazing as well! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
