Likely one of the easiest, transparent and friendly experiences with a car dealership I’ve ever had and I have purchased several cars. I worked directly with Max Layden over the phone because I live 2 hours away. It was imperative that my purchase meet our budget on the phone before so made the trip to Santa Monica. From the first call Max was easy to talk to, friendly, detailed and never promised anything he couldn’t meet 100%. Upon arrival, the car we were interested in (a used Jeep - at a high-end Mercedes Benz dealership!) was detailed and had a giant bow on it!
