Waconia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I am now on my fourth vehicle purchase with Waconia Dodge and I don’t think I will ever look to another dealership based on how I am treated here. Chris has always been fantastic to work with and the guys in the service department are amazing. If I’ve ever had an alert or something that didn’t seem right with any vehicle, they can diagnose it quickly and get me on their schedule. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I drove from Michigan all the way to the dealership for a specific vehicle I was looking for. Sabina was so welcoming and so enthusiastic about selling me this truck. She went above and beyond what I would have expected in a dealership situation. She was understanding of how tired I was when I got there after driving 11 hours straight, and the sale went flawlessly. I also must give a shout out to Todd who gave me a very fair price on my trade in, which was a big reason I was able to make this purchase. Great group of people, and I would have made that long drive over again just because of the experience I had. Thank you everybody over there, especially Sabina. Very professional outfit and a great business model. Look forward to seeing you in three more years!

Worst dealership ever!!!! do not waste your time. Employees are lazy and rude and complete hacks. They ruined my ram 1500. Paid $10,000 to have an engine put in wiring harness is melting dipstick, rubbing on steering column major exhaust leak oil all over my tailgate many broken and damage damaged parts, follow up, why would they comment below that they are eager to help when they have all my contact information and have not reached out to me at all. I even met with the general manager, Heidi and attempted to express the issues and many of them are still not resolved. Whether it’s the technician a manager or the people running the place they simply do not care about you or your vehicle. Do not be fooled.!!!

I would like recognize Cal and the amazing service he provided. We had a unique situation with a prior Jeep and to admit we were frustrated. Cal went above and beyond to work hard to overcome the situation and was very attentive and empathetic to that. It resulted in Cal helping us with a solution that we feel good about and because of him I would recommend Waconia Jeep.

The Waconia Dodge team, and especially Cal, were professional, efficient and easy to work with. There were no hard sales tactics, only reasonable negotiation. I am so happy with. Y purchase and would return to buy or sell vehicles with them again.
