Great experience buying a new Toyota from Jordan Chauncy at Wagner Toyota this month. He negotiated with me ahead of time and agreed on a price before I traveled to McCook, which made everything much easier. When I arrived on a late-night flight, he even provided a loaner car so I could get from the airport to my hotel. At the dealership, everything was exactly as promised, the paperwork was quick, and I was on my way with no issues. I highly recommend Jordan and Wagner Toyota.

Thanks to Mark at Wagner Toyota for getting me the exact Grand Highlander Hybrid that I wanted. We just got home to Colorado after picking up our new vehicle in McCook Nebraska. It was well worth the drive. The process was smooth and the sales team got us back on the road quickly. I appreciate their attention to detail and for pre approving our purchase ahead of time. I’ve been shopping for this vehicle for months and our local dealerships tried to get me to settle for a different model. Mark contacted me within a few minutes of my initial inquiry to see what they had available for purchase. While it wasn’t on their lot yet, he had one on order that was assembled shortly after I put down the deposit. We will definitely make the drive again for future vehicles.

Wagner Toyota did a fantastic job, especially Will Engel, Jordan Chauncy, and John Kitt...Jordan made the purchase seemless, and Will went above and beyond with taking care of our needs to get the deal done! John took care of our finances quick and easy...the whole purchase from start to finish was completed within a few hours!! It was wonderful not having to go out of town...the team was phenomenal...this is our second time working with Will and he once again made our experience wonderful as did Jordan...THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

This is the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I've been searching everywhere for the car that I've been dreaming about, and they had it! It wasn't super overpriced, and their customer service was top tier. I drove 4.5hrs one way (9hrs round trip) and I will EASILY do it again if I need another vehicle! These guys deserve all of the business!!
