Dealt with Trever in regards to purchasing a used truck on their lot. Trever was very upfront and transparent with the issues the truck had. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I really appreciated Trever's honesty and integrity. It's not often I feel treated fairly by a dealership as most only care about making the sale these days, regardless of the customers actual needs. Should the need arise to purchase a new vehicle, I would definitely touch base with Trever in the future.

We brought our truck to Wainalta one week before Christmas 2025 because it would not start — no lights, no power — despite having a new battery. We specifically asked them to confirm it was not the alternator. We were told the issue was the PCM and paid to have it replaced. On Christmas Day, while driving on Highway 21 in -25°C, the truck shut down completely and left us stranded. As a result, we incurred hundreds of dollars in towing and transportation costs, in addition to having to pay again to repair the actual issue. After taking the vehicle to a mechanic in Edmonton, we were informed the problem was the alternator — the exact component we had asked Wainalta to rule out. When we raised this with Wainalta, there was no investigation, no acknowledgment of the failed diagnosis, and no attempt to resolve the financial impact. We were simply told there was nothing they could do. Misdiagnoses can happen. Accountability is a choice. We were actively considering purchasing a new Dodge from this dealership. That decision has been reconsidered. If accurate diagnostics and standing behind your work matter to you, I wouldn't recommend Wainalta. If you're in the CAF or a Veteran - I wouldn't recommend going to Wainalta.

Trevor and staff were excellent in buying my truck from me. We did everything seamlessly. If I were buying, I would stop there before anywhere else! Thank you!

The service and care that the staff, especially Trevor, took while guiding me in my first vehicle purchase was exceptional. I felt that the honesty and integrity that the sale was approached with made the process so much easier than I expected. They have earned a returning customer!

We recently bought 2nd hand dogde caravan model 2012 in wainalta all the staffs are accommodating and i am very satisfied with the service especially with trever the manager who is easy to deal with.
