Walier Chevrolet is the main reason I will continue to drive Chevy vehicles. I have had nothing but good experiences for the past 10 years of them servicing my vehicles. I purchased a car from them back in 2020 and within a year, I had an engine issue. The servicing department worked very hard with the GM representatives to comp an entirely new engine. Two years ago, I needed new tires. I asked for the cheapest they could get because I was on a tight budget. They couldn’t get the tires I wanted, so put on nice Firestones and charged me for the cheap tires I originally ordered. Most recently, I needed some work on my transmission. There was a slight miscommunication with the price and when I came to pick it up, with no questions asked, they only charged me for what was the initial price before some hiccups. I could not recommend a better servicing department than Walier Chevrolet.

We helped our son and daughter in law purchase their first car with financing here. There were many complicated aspects to this transaction not to mention my husband and I live 2000 miles away from the area. Sarah Rogers in financing and the sales team were amazing and helped us every step of the way. Came in for a quick service. Just a tire rotation and mpi. Expressed the mpi is important to me. (Multi-Point Inspection) Paid extra money for an mpi, that was not done. Missed basic and obvious issues present. Nothing major yet. Which wasn't what I ask for if it had. Going to make a long cross country trip soon, towing I don't know yet. So some minor issue can build up into major issues. Just simply asking what soon to be needed services I should be aware of. At first didn't hand me an mpi sheet, asked for it was basically auto green/blank for a 20 plus year truck. Had other services in mind but glad I only did a tire rotation. Away from home for a while so needed a dealership or shop I trust and didn't want to send it to far for whom is taking care of my truck for months.
