Was dealing with James at this dealership to purchase a truck that a family member had recently traded in there. I knew they paid $50k for the truck and they had it for sale for $57,500. Pretty good markup if you ask me. We purchased that truck brand new with 4 miles on it for $63,000. He started running my credit and made several hits to my score then told me I didn’t qualify. Didn’t make sense to me so I asked to send him the invoice and saw they were offering over $3k below the market trade for my truck and they would not budge off the $57,500 price. Basically making my financed amount $69,000! The truck needed absolutely 0 work for them to prep for sale and he came up with some excuse that it was “certified”. I’m sorry sir, but that means nothing to me. It’s simple numbers and those numbers were way out of wack. My mother went in a few weeks ago and purchased a truck from them. She told him the sole purpose of buying the truck was to pull her camper and they sold her a truck with no brake controller, and didn’t even put one in! I’m grateful I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from this place. I most certainly never will. But even took advantage of my mother, which is the main purpose of this review. I wouldn’t deal with them. Beware! Shady…
