Salesman, Derrick Agnew was very professional, efficient, and listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. If I could give him a 10 Out of 10 I would! The follow up from this dealership is outstanding. I would highly recommend Walker Chevrolet in Franklin to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I apologize ahead of time for this long-winded review, but I’m still stunned at how easily our buying process went yesterday at Walker Chevrolet! We’ve owned 2 Chev Silverado’s, both gas, and my husband really wanted to upgrade to diesel. I was honestly dreading the process of buying a new vehicle. The thought of haggling through trying to get a decent price, hours sitting at the dealer, ugh. Then my husband found a truck he liked on Walker Chevrolet’s website. I quickly researched their reviews and found a recent one that said they’d called Rich and prearranged everything before even stepping on the lot. So I called after 5 on Wednesday evening and asked for Rich, he’d unfortunately gone home and they advised me to call back in the morning. I called Thursday morning, told Rich the stock # we were interested in and that I really just wanted a simple transaction and a good deal. He asked me a few questions, text me a credit application and we made arrangements to meet him and do a test drive that afternoon. We arrived about 3:15, Rich had us sign a couple docs, walked us out to the truck and explained a few new options that we didn’t have on our old truck. We test drove, agreed on a price and he passed us over to Ray in finance. Ray explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. We signed on the dotted line (everything is DocuSign now, so easy!) and we were done! We were driving off in our beautiful new diesel truck at 4:45!! 90 minutes start to finish, unbelievable! Rich was so informative, honest, friendly and easy going. We never once felt pressured or felt like we were being taken advantage of… the deal we made was more than fair, in fact an excellent sale price far below expectations. Ray was also a pleasure to deal with, never pressured us for additional add-ons as sometimes happens. If you’re looking for a GM vehicle, do not hesitate to go to this family-owned dealership. My Wife and I were looking for a particular Equinox Model and were unable to find one in IL where we live. We found the particular one that we wanted at Walker Chevrolet in Franklin TN. Upon finding online, we were immediately called by one of their Salespersons (Gage). He was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made us comfortable about purchasing a vehicle from another state. About 2 weeks later, we stopped into Walker Chevrolet and worked with another Salesperson (Rich). Just like Gage, Rich took the time to show us the vehicle, went over all of the features, and answered all of our questions. Both were also very respectful of our time. Rich is a phenomenal salesperson. He had everything ready to go when I arrived. From my first contact with Misty to wrapping up with Ray, the process was faster and easier than past experience at other dealerships. There is some angst with making such a big purchase, but Rich, Misty, and Ray took care of me.
