This is the 3rd car we have purchased off Walker and every time it has been quick and painless. We found the car online made a call to Tyler France and it was waiting on us when we arrived! Tyler is one of the best salesman and Ryan Walker is the man!

Lack of transparency and ethics at Walker Chevrolet by TJ and Anthony. I buy a lot of new collector cars for my collection each year and this was by far the worst experience. Walker solicited offers on a 2026 ZR1 Corvette around Feb 10th that could be custom ordered. Submitted my preferred build and agreed to pay $10,000 above factory MSRP. No response back all day. I check in late that day since car needed to be ordered within 24 hours for dealer to secure allocation. Anthony says they have a customer coming in that evening to buy the car and build it to their personal selections. I took time putting a build together and they never came back asking for a higher bid. Fast forward two weeks and dealer now posts the order for sale to anyone showing the order as retail stock and not a pre-sold order. So after all of that dealer just ordered the car in their own selections after wasting my time and others that were trying to custom build the car. When I bought my wife's new 2026 ZR1 Corvette in November I sent an email to Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors, saying what a great experience that was and her team actually called me the same day to discuss my experience. Now, time for another not so nice email to Mary Barra showing her the bad side of Corvette sales at Walker Chevrolet.

Had a flat tire down the street and rolled in, kind of. Seemed pretty busy but got me taken care of and back on road within a short amount of time. I travel for sales and am happy I didn’t lose too much time. Ladies at the desk were really friendly

My husband and I had a very frustrating experience with this service department regarding our 2016 GMC Yukon Denali. Our vehicle was there from February 10 until March 9, 2026. We were originally told the issue was a broken valve spring and misfires. The shop replaced spark plugs and wiring that were never approved and repeatedly told us different things about what was going on with the repair. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We often had to reach out ourselves for updates while paying for a rental vehicle out of pocket. At one point we were told certain gaskets were on backorder, but when we picked the vehicle up we were told they actually cleaned and reused the old gaskets. After paying around $5,000 for the repair, my husband immediately noticed the vehicle sounded wrong. The shop claimed they test drove the vehicle to Buffalo and back, but the mileage recorded did not match that claim. The tire pressure was also extremely low when we picked it up. Within minutes of leaving, the check engine light came on and we had to return the vehicle. When we brought it back, we were told both catalytic converters were bad. Given the original issue involved plastic debris going through the engine, it raises concerns that the job may not have been completed properly. On top of that, the way we were spoken to by staff and management when trying to address the problem was very disrespectful. For a repair of this cost, customers deserve clear communication, quality work, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
