# Summary The dealership receives strong praise from satisfied customers who highlight exceptional sales service, knowledgeable staff, and efficient maintenance work. However, multiple customers report serious concerns about the service department, including repeated unresolved mechanical issues, dismissive treatment from certain advisors, poor communication from management, and extended wait times for repairs.
Drove up from Delray Beach just to check out a vehicle—and ended up buying it. The entire experience was excellent. There was no pressure at all, just genuine, helpful service from start to finish. Mike, my salesman, was terrific—knowledgeable and clearly experienced in the business, but also easygoing and personable. Nick from Chevrolet Financial made the transaction smooth and straightforward. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took my calls right away when I had questions after leaving. Even the greeter set the tone—welcoming, upbeat, and engaging with the team. It’s clear they have a great culture there. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them. A great experience.

Thank you again for taking such good care of our beautiful Cadillac💫 Skye
Service advisor James Korber recommended some long term maintenance on my 7 year old Cadillac CT6. So, along with a regular oil change, I had it all done & they completed it all in one day. Great Service!
I’ve had an absolutely disgusting experience with Wallace Cadillac in Stuart, Florida, and I strongly advise anyone considering their service department to steer clear. Over the course of my ownership, they’ve replaced the water pump in my Cadillac CT5-V four times, and the issue still persists. This is unacceptable for a performance vehicle, as a faulty water pump renders it undrivable. My most recent visit last Thursday was the final straw. The service advisor I dealt with was beyond rude—not only to me but to another customer in the service area as well. Unlike my previous visits, where Brittany, a fantastic service advisor, handled my concerns professionally, this new advisor treated me like absolute trash. He wouldn’t even stand up from his desk to hear me out. When I tried to explain the history of my car’s issue, he repeatedly interrupted me, insisting I needed to schedule an appointment despite the fact that I was told on my last visit to come straight back if any problems arose. Every other time, the advisor scanned the car, identified the issue, and provided a rental without hassle. This time, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance. To make matters worse, I called to speak with the service manager about this appalling treatment, and it’s been a week with no response. It’s clear that Wallace Cadillac couldn’t care less about their service customers. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is shocking for a dealership representing a luxury brand like Cadillac. Frustrated beyond belief, I drove straight to a BMW dealership and traded in my beautiful CT5-V, something I never thought I’d do. If you need Cadillac service, do yourself a favor and avoid Wallace Cadillac in Stuart at all costs. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I’ll be warning everyone I know about their abysmal service. Now here comes the copy and paste reply where they strive to make customers happy and will be reaching out. I don't believe that either.
I have to say, after trading my 2024 Range Rover for a 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ, this has truly been a nightmare and an extremely disappointing experience. The Cadillac service department at Stuart Wallace has treated me worse than a buy-here-pay-here customer. They have had my vehicle for over three weeks and still have not diagnosed or corrected the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told by the receptionist that she could only send an email—and after more than three weeks, I have yet to receive a call back. This is my first time purchasing a Cadillac after being told it represents “America’s best.” Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. While the Escalade IQ looks stunning, that means very little when the battery won’t charge and the service department cannot identify the problem. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vehicle, and the lack of communication and transparency from Cadillac’s service department has only made it worse. If I ever get this vehicle back, I will be trading it in immediately and returning to Range Rover—where customers are appreciated and treated with respect. Eligha
