I recently purchased a 2026 Cadillac Escalade Luxury from Wallace Chevrolet, and about 6 months later, I returned to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq Sport. Both experiences were outstanding from start to finish. Our salesperson, Imaad Adhab, was absolutely amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and incredibly passionate about cars. He also made the experience genuinely fun and enjoyable. One of the highlights was when he gave my son the keys to the Corvette C8.R Edition they had on display and let him sit inside it and rev it, which was really a memorable moment and showed how much he enjoys sharing his enthusiasm with customers. He took the time to answer all our questions and made each purchase smooth and stress-free. We also had the pleasure of working with Connie Taylor in finance, and she was wonderful. She was very patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly, making the financing process easy to understand. After having such a great experience with our Escalade purchase, we felt confident returning to Wallace Chevrolet for the Lyriq, and the second experience was just as excellent. We are extremely happy with both vehicles and truly appreciate the outstanding service we received.
