I do my research & know my numbers. I believe this dealership had an abundance of sales people available, but worked with my time to provide upfront pricing, so I could avoid the typical car games. I felt comfortable, asked the customers in the service waiting room how smoothly they feel it goes & it was clean there. I feel like if they didn't cut corners & would be trustworthy. My salesperson Jimmy Wright, was pleasant to get to know, was knowledgeable in the car & the entire process. Only car salesman that followed through, before & after the Saleto make sure I had all questions answered. I appreciate the respect given by all employees there & would recommend them to my friends & family. They even had drinks / snacks while waiting for service & finance guy. I should also say that I'm eligible to receive a GM family discount, so to pass up those savings & a lifelong loyalty to American made cars, I'd really have to trust a Japanese car & I felt comfortable doing so.

We were here last Summer (June or July), and made a purchase with Joe! Today, we made yet another purchase with him! He done great and the experience was more than what we could expect, has not disappointed! I cannot express enough how helpful Joe, and the staff was! I highly recommend this place! Thanks again! 😁

Salesman Ryan F. did a great job helping us purchase a used vehicle for our son who'd been looking for the perfect first/starter vehicle. He selected a Nissan Versa that he researched online and was pleased with the vehicle when we saw it in person and we test drove it. Ryan was courteous, no hassle or haggle, and a straight shooter when it came to the overall price point which is what you want in a good salesperson. Finance manager Jason also did a great job helping us through the sales process (which was quick, well explained, and to the point). The only reason we didn't give Five Stars is we had a service concern with the brakes right after we purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot which was frustrating to say the least. However, Ryan and Service Advisor Marion and his team were professional and proficient in their assessment and diagnosis of the vehicle and determined/found a minor concern with excess lubricant burning off the new brakes they installed before purchase. We haven't had an issue with the vehicle since. And our son is happy with the vehicle overall. We also expected 2 sets of keys according to the description of the vehicle online and window sticker but only received one key fob. This is our second vehicle with this dealership and would recommend them to friends and family as they will do their best to work with customers, find deals, and offer helpful/friendly customer service which is not as common nowadays. Appreciate everyone's assistance making our experience pleasant overall.

I had the best experience here at Kingsport Wallace Nisssan. Ryan made my car purchase completely painless. He was great and so easy to understand. I was a nervous wreck. This was my first new to me purchase. Ryan explained everything that made it all easy to understand. All the people here are so friendly and so helpful.
