Kaleb had the car washed & ready for us upon arrival. From the onset, Kaleb was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and low key. Throughout the process we found Kaleb the exception not the rule in car sales. He met our every request with positive results. Not good at all..I asked them to make a key for my ,VW and they said it was too old 2013. The electronics had yo be removed and sent to the factory. Called wallace vw in johnson city.. No problem. We can do it. Same dealership different city. Left message for GM but he didn't have the courtesy to call me back Yesterday I took my vw to wallace of Kingsport to see what was necessary to have trailer wiring installed. Master mechanic said I couldn't pull anything bigger than a mower trailer. Without even looking at me car he said I needed this and that and another thing. Went to the parts department where the parts manager looked at my car and showed me where the wiring was already. I don't think the master mechanic or service manager do good service. Apparently neither had seen the vw commercial of a vw touareg just like mine pulling a Boeing 747. How is anyone supposed to have trust in a dealership that functions like this. If you want good VW service stay away from wallace of kingsport. Go to johnson city
