I do not recommend this company due to their horrible customer service. We saw a vehicle on CarGurus that we were interested in and, since we were about an hour away, we called the dealership to confirm that the 2012 Kia was on the lot and available. The gentleman who answered confirmed that it was and asked when we would be arriving. We let him know we were on our way and that it would take about an hour due to traffic. When we arrived, my husband went to the door and found it locked. There was a woman sitting at a desk inside who could clearly see us, and we could see her. She was on the phone but made no effort to come to the door or signal anyone to assist us. We then went to look at the vehicle, which was parked out front. The condition of the car did not match the photos online it had noticeable dings and dents and was missing an antenna. The interior was extremely dusty and filthy. We also looked at another Kia parked next to it, which was in the same dirty condition. Although the listing stated there were no accidents, the vehicle appeared as though it may have been in one. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to ask questions or speak with anyone because no one came outside to assist us. At that point, we returned to our car. Shortly after, the woman came outside, got into her car, and left without acknowledging us at all. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. The customer service at this location matches the poor condition of their cars.

They have the best cars with affordable prices. If you need a good car ,Walls Auto sales is too notch in the dfw metropolis. I totally recommend them over and over again.

Nice customer service and patient with customers.However, does not know exactly what is wrong with the car.Will keep telling guessing reasons.
