I cannot say enough about my experience with Walnut Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Everyone there was incredibly chill, professional, and highly knowledgeable about their role in the sales process. My salesperson, Quentin, was outstanding. Honestly, hanging out with him felt like catching up with one of my high school buddies. Beyond being easygoing and personable, his knowledge of the vehicles was unbelievable. There was not a single question I asked that he couldn’t answer immediately. Not once did he have to say, “I don’t know” or “Let me look that up.” I never expect a salesperson to know everything, but Quentin genuinely seemed to. He was also incredibly easy to work with throughout the negotiation process. I actually enjoyed negotiating because it felt like Quentin was working for me the entire time, not against me. When it came time for paperwork, the finance team was just as impressive. The process was incredibly fast and efficient. I think we spent maybe 10 minutes in the finance office because everything was already prepared and ready to go. This was, by far, the best and most enjoyable new car buying experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. Huge thank you to Quentin and the entire team.

This review is for the service side. Major shout out to the service advisor Charles Logan. I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and recently had an issue regarding 4WD service dash light. I took it to my local Jeep dealership where they diagnosed it wrong and wanted to charge me to repair even though I have Mopar extended warranty. After a friend advised me, I took it to Walnut Creek Jeep, issue was fixed in about 24 hours under the extended warranty and no problem. They even cleaned my Jeep! Charles was really easy to talk to and was really fast with all the updates. Highly recommend him!

Walnut Creek CJDR is the place I go to service my Jeep! They have excellent customer service, and I feel like I get taken care of every time I go. They have premium snacks and a coffee bar that makes the wait time feel nonexistent. They even go as far to wash my vehicle. Faisal you’re awesome! 10/10 every time I go!
