My partner and I recently purchased a vehicle from Walser Mazda in Burnsville, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was my first time buying a car and my partner's second purchase from Walser, which says a lot about the quality of service they provide. A huge thank you to Jesse and DJ for making the process so easy and enjoyable. They were patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. DJ's sense of humor kept things fun and relaxed throughout the experience, which made buying a car much less stressful. We're absolutely loving our new Mazda and are so grateful for the outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Walser Mazda to anyone looking for a smooth, positive car-buying experience!

I’d highly recommend this specific dealership to any of my friends or family. I’ve had a handful experiences with other dealerships, while they were not negative experiences, this one stood out as efficient, timely and honest. Chris was great to work with! He helped me better understand the process which had sometimes been a bit of a mystery in the past. What really stood out was how easy and stress-free he made the whole process. There was no pressure, just honest guidance and clear communication every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and I drove away feeling great about my purchase. He even took extra time to walk me through all the cool features in my new car, which is so, so important because I feel like I miss out on features that I don't know exist.

Had a great experience at Mazda with DJ (last name Cherry, I believe). He was welcoming, informative, and made the process easy — even as a new team member. I bought a car the same day and will definitely be recommending them to my sister. I also want to thank the two other gentlemen who stepped in to help us — I didn’t catch their names, but one had tattoos and the other had an amazing accent and took the time to walk me through every little detail about the car. Another team member also helped by showing us the different trims and color variations, which made the decision process even easier. I truly appreciate all of you. Awesome energy all around!
