I recently spent four weeks researching the Nissan 350Z before finding the right one, and I couldn't be happier with the purchasing process. Even though I was inquiring early in the morning, Laura James responded immediately and connected me with Jacob Smith. Jacob was straightforward and easy to work with. He answered every question I had and even went the extra mile by providing a FaceTime walk-through of the vehicle so I could see every detail. Buying a car out-of-state can be a daunting process, but Jacob made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. The turnaround time was also impressive: I finalized the purchase on a Friday, and the car was delivered to me in Tampa by the following Monday. Given how in-demand the 350Z has become lately, I’m thrilled to have found such a clean example through a team that values efficiency and transparency. Highly recommended!

I had absolutely no clue that I would walk out with a car yesterday let alone that I could afford to. If you’re looking for a car without the sleazy car salespeople THIS IS IT. I give the upmost thanks and this 5 star review to Alisha Collier. She met me where I was at and it wasn’t a pretty place. Carvana had sold me a lemon 2018 Jeep Cherokee (STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA) and I came in with only $1,500 in my pocket for a down payment and expecting to drive out the lot with a hoopty no more and no less. She heard my frustration and ultimately my anxiety with looking for another car let alone going stepping foot into this dealership and when I say she put in work to get me into not what I expected to drive off the lot with but she got me into a 2025 NISSAN KICKS AND MY PAYMENTS ARE WITHIN MY BUDGET, BIG SHOUTOUT TO ALISHA!!!! That car is everything I want in a car!!! The accent lighting and is big plus too!!!! Just the cherry on top! That car doesn’t eat up gas ridiculously, after just driving for about an hour and a half my MPG was already at 31.4!!! She had me in mind when she picked out that car for me even through the whole credit check application too since it wasn’t that long I purchased a car from the place that shall not be named -_- Whoever is the big boss at Walser Nissan, GIVE ALISHA A RAISE!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to buy your next ride! Lets face it, used car buying sucks and is stressful. There is also always some high pressure sales tactics when you start to make a deal. But the staff at Walser Nissan were all a DELIGHT to work with. Specifically Alisha Collier who worked with me for MONTHS to try and get me and my man a good deal on a reliable car as we were shopping around. She is an amazing sales woman with a great personality that jokes around to put you at ease. She helped us get into a new(ish) used car that is beautiful and drives like a dream. Definitely seek her and Walser Nissan out to find your next ride!

I initially visited for an oil change on my original car, and the service team was fantastic. At the time, I had already been exploring options for a new vehicle, so I spoke with Jacob Smith, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk through different options with me and provided clear pricing—no pressure, just genuine guidance. I really appreciated being treated like a person, not just another number walking through the door. A few weeks later, after test-driving at a few other places, I returned and worked with Frank Livingston—and I’m so glad I did. Frank was outstanding. He took the time to truly understand what I wanted (and didn’t want) in a car and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It honestly felt more like being guided by a friend than being “sold” something. Frank was personable, professional, kind, funny, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

As soon as I have walked in, sales man Bryan saw me at the desk and I told him what I was looking for and he took me to his desk. He showed me few cars and I told that you few other locations had cheaper new pathfinder than what you are showing. He said , let me fact check you. I showed him the car that was on a different location on my phone. I asked him if heard him correctly and said, did you said that you were going to fact check me and he said yes. Just because of how he talked to and assumed that I was lying to him is crazy. So I left the location and I went to Ford dealership. NOW AHEAD AND FACT CHECK THIS.
