Shawn Williams made my car shopping experience one of the best. He was patient with me and let me take all the time I needed to find the right car. If you're looking for a new car, I'd recommend seeing Shawn, but you can't go wrong with anyone there because they were all so nice and willing to work with you and make you feel comfortable.

We traveled 4 1/2 hrs to deal with Ed at Walser Nissan. since we had decided on a pathfinder and knew what model we were going to buy. We tried dealing with our local Nissan dealer, and were told if we were to pay cash and not finance with them the price would increase $5,000 which meant we in no way would deal with them. We looked around a lot at out of town dealerships and found what we wanted at Walser Nissan and contacted them. Walser contacted us back, and we made plans to head up there on a Saturday. We worked with Ed Safdari, who was extremely pleasant and professional through the whole process (would highly recommend working with him!). We found the vehicle we liked and were told price was the same whether we financed or paid cash. The process was very easy and pressure free. They simply ask you if you want any additional warranties, after market accessories, ect. And if you decline they move on and respect your decision. The process of the documentation was also very smooth and quick compared to other dealers we have dealt with in the past. In all we would certainly deal with Walser Nissan again, although the pathfinder seems to be such a great vehicle it may be a while before we see them again.

Worst service experience I’ve had. I made an appointment in advance for a simple oil change and was forced to wait more than 3 hours. An appointment should mean something. My time was completely wasted, and nobody seemed to care. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I expected much better.
