I grabbed a Toyota Tacoma from WNW and overall the Day went pretty good. Mike Benincasa was good to work with. A very fare trade-in price was offered👍 Mike explained everything on the purchase agreement better than any of my past 17 vehicle purchases🤩 A few annoying things happened on purchase day so the 4 star rating is on par⛳

Another great car buying experience today with Walser. The best way I can sum things up is: Consistent, Courteous, and Casual. Justin gave me a fair price on trade, and Dylan, who is half my age, impressed me more than any client advisor I’ve ever worked with. And they are both almost as much of a gear-head as I am. Almost. Thanks!

My patience and tolerance threshold for buying a car is very low and is rarely enjoyable for me. Today was different! It still took 2+ hours, but I actually enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very friendly. Hopefully I didn't annoy others that were there, as a few of us were having some laughs and a "good ole days" conversations from the North Stars to Gramma B's and all points in between. Small world as we knew some of the same people along the way! Sales Manager Eric was great as I called him a week ago to get "the other side of the story" in regard to some of the lower 2-3 star reviews on various platforms. Being satisfied with his responses to them, I went to the dealership today and bought my car from Nelsen. A true professional in every sense of the word! So easy and enjoyable to work with him. Fair, honest, just a genuine, all-around nice guy!

I leased a 2025 Nissan Murano from this dealership early last year, and while there were some positive aspects, overall I wouldn’t recommend purchasing here. First, I do want to call out my sales rep—he was helpful, professional, and went above and beyond during the process. That made the initial experience pleasant. However, there were several downsides that would prevent me from coming back. The upfront pricing felt average at best, and in hindsight, I believe I left money on the table. I’ve since purchased another vehicle in 2026 from a different dealership and realized how much better the overall deal and experience could be. Service has also been frustrating and disjointed. Basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and even a recall-related infotainment firmware update turned into a hassle. Communication feels scattered—almost like it’s being passed around without clear ownership—so it’s hard to get straight answers or updates. One smaller (but still notable) point: if you expect a complimentary or even discounted car wash after service, don’t assume it’s offered here—it’s not. That’s on me for not asking, but it’s something I’ve found to be standard at other local dealerships. Overall, while the sales experience started strong, the pricing and service side left enough gaps that I’d suggest shopping around before committing here.
