Kandice was a MAJOR help to both my husband and me during our vehicle purchase! Even though my husband didn’t have the best credit, she worked hard and made the whole process happen for us. He purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 and absolutely loves it. He says he couldn’t have picked a better vehicle! Never the same person here to help. Been waiting an hour and half for oil change—still not done even though I was first of the day. No one seems to know what they’re doing in Jeep, they have to borrow people all the time from the other dealership. Going to start going elsewhere even though the drive is 45 minutes. The people who finally do help are nice, but the service department is a mess.

Jay Moore the sales man was awesome. He done everything he could to make me a happy customer and provide me with the best deal possible. He ordered my rims that I wanted for my jeep. One Happy customer.

So disappointed with this place, and im gonna do everything in my power to get justice, I purchased a vehicle from them two months ago, went in to dealership the vehicle was at another one of there stores, so it was a delivery, I live 4 hrs away, the vehicle was delivered and the air ride system was not working,had to drive this unsafe vehicle back to Columbia.. its been there for over two months, two payments had came with no vehicle, no one has explained or communicated to me about this problem, at this point, I'm looking to sue or something, because this place don't care about customers,just a sale.. now I'm fighting to save my credit score 😤
