No add ons, no pressure to buy unwanted "crap" like extended warranties, pin stripes, wheel locks, undercoating, etc at extremely inflated prices like other dealers in the Chattanooga, TN area. Mutually equitable price for a high demand vehicle (2025 Chevrolet Trax Activ). Friendly & helpful staff (Brad & Bob & Walter's grandson (forgot his name)). There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed after the purchase and they got us right in and got it taken care of. My husband and I had the best experience with the purchase of our new Chevy. Our salesman Rick was very knowledgeable and a stand up honest great guy to work with. The office staff Bob and Eddy were top notch. We also met the actual owner of the dealership! This is a small town dealership that treats you respectfully with no “dealership” tricks just good honest down to earth respectable business. We got the best price and didn’t have to drive out of town to a big city dealership. Shop here first before you drive out of town thinking you’ll get a better deal.
