f i can recomend just ignore this dealer. As everyone know after service very important to pick where do you get the car. Here is the thing happen, on friday 13 i got new sprinter2026 everything look smooth when we buy it from them, all process was easy and smooth. Even i have no time to go they do delivery to my place then on sunday i found out the problem about shock is going to loose as i posted so i contact them back, someone said i have to wait untill monday cuz service no work on sunday im okay with that. Now monday come someone contact me from dealer that i have to call to……number for tow my car. Im calling them and it said when they tow back to me they will charge!!!! How can be? It a bad car that you sold for me, it not my fault, im not evern drive yet. So i contact to dealer again as they work so slow not the same when they want to sell car it will be so fast and all smooth. Right now i still didnt hear back from them as when they will tow and how long it will take for fix. I only know that they will bring car back from me. I hope someone will respond asap and fix the problem that from your dealer

Absolutely amazing team here... we were heading on a 9 day trip to remote Utah in our Sprinter RV and the DEF emissions system threw a fault. Luckily we were close by and they were able to get us in at 3pm on a Friday. They fixed the problem under warranty within an hour. Staff is super friendly and accomodating. Needed a work van, and wasn't happy with other brands. Came on the lot and David Alcantar came out to help. He showed us several different models until I cam upon the perfect one! I love it! The dealership was so laid back about purchasing. They were great with financing and took the time to explain extra packages at the end. No big screen computer table making it confusing, just face to face. I am so happy with my purchase! When it was mine, David went over all the details in my new van for about an hour (that many cool features) so I was very comfortable when done. Probably by best car buying experience ever!
