WALTERS CHEVROLET GMC

Update: after taking it to another shop, the service department at Bruce Walters lied to us. The exhaust issue is not where they said it was and it IS covered under warranty but yet they were going to charge us to fix it. That sounds like FRAUD. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I could give no stars I would. I would highly recommend NOT using them for service. The appointment for my car was March 18th, they didn’t start on it until weeks afterwards. Then they said they didn’t have the parts needed, after they said they did. We are paying over $3000 only to have to take it to another shop to get it fully fixed. WHAT A JOKE. Unless you want to spend an unnecessary amount of money and wait a month for your vehicle to not be fixed I would go elsewhere. Also they will delete reviews that do not show them in a favorable light.

My experience at your dealership was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt confident in my decisions. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend your dealership to others.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I went into the Chevy dealership and was met by a gentleman sitting on his phone. I asked about a specific Silverado that I had seen online. I told him the substantial cash down payment I was putting down and he had the nerve to ask me “so you have it now or are you waiting for the money, because a lot of people don’t carry that kind of money on them and have to wait on the money”. I explain I had that amount on me. It made me feel like he thought I was lying. Then he told me it was at the ford lot and refuses to even let me see the truck without running a credit app. I leave and he contacts me that afternoon and I foolishly respond back. I tell him I can come back then and purchase the truck and he kept giving me excuses. Turns out, the following morning I talked to another salesman and he informs me that another lot took a deposit on the truck and he didn’t want to inform me in case that sell fell through. Walters absolutely wasted my time. Normally I’m one to always say shop local, but I went to another dealership a few hours away and was able to get a better deal. Absolutely would not recommend Walters to anyone!!!

The service department is lack luster. Called to make an appointment was told it would be a month, then told they could make the appointment for March 18. They said they had the parts needed. It’s almost a month later, my car is still there and they didn’t have the parts needed so it will take longer. Had I known this would happen I would have picked a different place. The service department appears to not know what they have the availability or what parts are in their shop. Meanwhile I am without a vehicle and they refuse to offer any type of discount.

Excellent service I have bought several vehicles from here and have always been satisfied. Never had a bad experience they have always found what I was looking for. Always my choice when looking for a vehicle
