Took $4000 down and then added about $5000 worth of dealers fees. Charged me double for registration and tag transfer which was only valid for one month instead of doing it for the year like it was supposed to be. The finance department kept changing the price of the vehicle every time he put a new paper for me to sign. Car price was $9500 and after a $4000 down payment and finance charges and them adding a warranty which I kept telling g them I did not want the total price after financing and dealers fees and double charging me on registration and extra other fees came to over $19.000! These people will rip you off! And take your money and raise the price if the car you have in mind to buy. Never ever do business with them. They were rude to me once they got my $4000 and refused to fix my car of something that was broken when they said they would fix. Made empty promises. Bad dealership! Sales guy was a young cocky punk that didn’t even offer me a cup of coffee or drink. Whatever you do please do not buy from them. They will lie and just take your money and then over charge you! The 90 day warranty they will not honor. Very very bad business car salesman! Even the general manager has no customer service skills. Like I said the finance department messed up on the price of my car three or four times and they made empty promises. In the end after financing the price of a $9999 car with $4090 down up front ended up costing me 19,000! They rip people off! It was my first car buying experience in many years. And they knew that and ripped me off. Don’t go to them.

I had a very good experience with Cecelia Sanborn. She is the person that sold me the car. She worked hard to find me the best deal on the vehicle, and It was much appreciated. I really like waltz lifetime drive chain warranty on every vehicle. I will buy from waltz again, and I will buy from Cecelia Sanborn also.

In from out of town and my Grand Cherokee was whirring in the front end. Another mechanic shop referred me to Walt’s CDJR and it was a blessing. Met Mike Swain in service dept. and he took care of things. After the tech diagnosed the problem, Mike ordered the parts and got me in the very next day for front wheel bearings and brakes. The price was agreed upon before hand and held to. Mike and the tech met with us afterwards and reviewed the work done. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and offered hot drinks and sodas. Mike Swain gave me his phone number and encouraged me to call if I have any problems. This is the kind of service that gives confidence and generates return business. I highly recommend Walt’s CDJR for service.
