I over all had a great experience. I ended up with the perfect vehicle. Just word to the wise as with any deal, make sure you read it. After some negotiation I even got a great price and I am looking forward to giving them my future business. Annette and Bethany were my sales people. Thanks again y’all were awesome! After my terrible experience with round tree Moore , I was hesitant to say the least! But it is nice to know not all dealerships will be dishonest.

Protective engine pan cover fell off a day after service. Service Department is not being proactive to fix their “mistake”. First, I was informed that service tech couldn’t come to me to resolve. I was told I would need to return to Quick Lane. Walts is a 40 minute drive (one way) for me. Several days later, I called ahead to make sure they could install the engine pan cover quickly if I came in about 45 minutes. I was told to come ahead, it could be taken care of. When I arrived, I was then informed that all technicians were busy and it would be awhile before the service tech’s “failure” could be fixed. The idea of their failure to promptly fix a problem that they had created and thinking that my time could be wasted waiting for their convenience seemed outrageous. I thought Walts is not standing behind their service performance and has little respect for the customer. Additionally, after leaving another review with their customer care representative, I haven’t heard a peep.

Tammy took great care of me in a time of great need. The sales team was very professional throughout the entire process. They shopped for a car in my price range and also got the payments in the monthly range I was requesting. Come and see Tammy and the sales team and you won't be disappointed. Thank you sales team for the quick response to my needs.

Recently when I had to buy a new truck, I have had interactions with 3 different dealerships in the area. I did not but my pickup at Walt's but I really wish that I did. I live locally and when it was time for an oil change, I also had a recall, and warranty work. I am extremely busy and simple appointments require me to take PTO from work. Every other dealer said to drop my pickup off and they would "get around to it". Gene at Walt's was different! He appears to value his customer's time! The oil change was done, recall fixed, and warranty addressed all on the same day! Walt's is now my preferred dealer. When it is time for a new pickup or when others ask where to go... Go to Walt's. THANKS GENE! You are much appreciated.

Walt's representative got in touch shortly after my earlier review and tried very hard to get make arrangements for a prompt appointment. Since Walt's is a 40 minute drive for me, I was unable to commit. When I was next in Live Oak on other business, early on a Saturday morning, I stopped by without prior arrangements. I was immediately served and the part was installed and I was out the door in 15 minutes. This was a good comeback from the previous experience.
