EDIT - On March 9th I traded in my vehicle with the understanding that the remaining balance on my loan would be paid off by April 12th. Since then, I’ve heard a couple different explanations for why the payoff hasn’t been fully completed yet. I was told at one point that a check had been overnighted and was even shown a tracking number, so I believed everything was taken care of. However, I later learned the payment discussed did not appear to cover the full remaining loan balance. I also came across another review mentioning a similar situation, so I would recommend double-checking payoff timelines and documentation to make sure everything is fully processed.
