Dave Roy, especially, helped to make my struggle of getting into a new car possible. There was no struggle getting in touch with him throughout the whole process, making me feel assured that they were doing everything they could. I was initially financing through West Virginia Central. However, they turned me down for a new car, but the financing team at Warner Kia made it possible.

Everything went amazingly smoothly during our purchasing experience. Larry thoroughly explained the cost breakdown to show us it was cheaper to actually buy a new vehicle, rather than a used one. The only issues are that he forgot he put our disabled veteran plate in a bag of our stuff instead of in the floor board like he said. The other issue is confidentiality of other clients being visible on his desk, which could have caused other clients some issues if someone was to act in a nonethical way.

I had an appointment at the Warner Kia service center for an inspection. I had recently had a new windshield put in my Sportage.. Brittany was so nice. She explained to me that I also needed a new battery. They put in the new battery, then washed my SUV before returning it to me. What a nice surprise. I love my Sportage. It is the perfect size for me. Thanks to Mark DeLancey for taking the time to getting me into this KIA Sportage. I love it. Kim S.
