This is such a friendly place to shop for a vehicle! I never felt any pressure at any time. I drove several different Jeeps before deciding on the Grand Cherokee Summit. The whole process was great. Casey was a really fun salesman to work with and everyone was very friendly to me and my husband. I’m so glad we drove up an hour and a half to Virginia to shop for my new Jeep!! I recently worked with the service team at Waschke to diagnose and repair a major powertrain issue on my vehicle. My service advisor, Eric went above and beyond to help with my vehicle’s warranty claim. He took the time to communicate with the warranty company, sifted through 5 years worth of service records on my vehicle, and advocated on my behalf until the repair was ultimately covered. Eric's professionalism, persistence, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for his efforts. This was my first visit to Waschke after transferring service from another dealership, and to receive this kind of service as a first time customer, I can confidently say that I will be taking my vehicle to Waschke for all service going forward.

Twice went to get routine maintenance done on my Promaster van. Twice they only changed the oil & air filters. Always an excuse for not doing more. You lost a customer that had hoped to establish a regular servicing relationship. Never again....
