Roger and Tony were especially great to work with — professional, responsive, and easy to talk to. They kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was handled properly. I recently purchased a Santa Fe Hybrid from Nels at Washington Hyundai. From start to finish I was treated with respect and Nels made me feel very comfortable, on the test drive and throughout the buying process. I felt like they were transparent with pricing and negotiating my trade. As a single female I’ve had terrible experiences in the past at other dealerships with being talked down to, not taken seriously and made to feel anxious and uncomfortable. Washington Hyundai staff were all friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly to anyone considering a Hyundai or used vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would! Also my Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid is FIRE! I can’t describe the giddiness I felt when I actually got 600 miles out of one gas tank, and the drive is very smooth and comfortable! Not to mention the out of this world technology and luxurious feel inside the car. Thank you Nels and Deshawn!

Overpriced vehicles in comparison to the local market of Hyundai's. Additionally, they are extremely difficult to deal with on pricing. I would NEVER had purchased from this dealership except they were the only dealer within 50 miles that had the exact Santa Fe that I was interested in purchasing. In the end, Shane, was able to complete an amicable deal. BEWARE of the finance department adding costs for warranties onto the agreed sale amount w/o full disclosure! I would have been charged an additional $4500.00+, w/o my knowledge! Be sure to question EVERYTHING and look over the paperwork given!!! I did once home. This is when I found the costs placed into my final loan amount. It was eventually corrected upon my demanding it's removal. The initial salesman, Michael, was the only one who took time/efforts with me, but it was very limited as he transferred me to his supervisor to complete the sale. I walked away with a beautiful car and a very bad taste in my mouth!

Arrived early for my appointment they took it back immediately finished it promptly explained everything that was done and needs done. Gave me price for what needs to be done down the road just standard maintenance. Great experience.
