Absolute best dealership I’ve dealt with in awhile. The transaction was fast and they were very reasonable with their numbers. I would definitely purchase a vehicle here again.

Very friendly and professional even helped us with a loaner while we waited for all the paperwork and the title. :update:(Haven't even made the first payment on it and have had nothing but issues with the car.been able to drive it 3 days out of 2 weeks since purchased. Sales manager doesn't want to correct the issue and blames thier own sales department for the lack of communication) Horrible way to do business.

Attempted to use the “free“ EV charger that Watson’s advertises on plug share. Many dealerships do this. It’s quite common for them to offer a courtesy level 2 charger. Mike, from service came out of the shop and very gruffly and rudely asked me if I was planning on paying for the charge. I said that I thought it was free, but I would be more than happy to pay for it. He directed me inside. Upon going inside and inquiring I was informed that there was no way to pay for the charge and that it was for customers who purchased vehicles at that dealership only. Now I wouldn’t have an issue with this whatsoever except that there is no signage marking this. I think Watson would do well to put up a sign, informing customers of when and how the charger may be used. Secondly, Mikes rudeness is what prompted me to actually write this review. If he had came out and just explained to me that the charger was for customers could purchase vehicles there. I would totally understand that and appreciate that and there would be no issue. But his rudeness was a huge turn off.

Watson’s Ludington always takes care of our vehicle needs every time we call. Tail light out- come right in. Need an oil change - can get you in today. Not sure what this sensor light means - try this to fix it over the phone and it works! Love our Watson’s team.

Great customer service. My service writer Quinton is awesome. Gave updates on my service every step of the way. Repairs and service work was done and done right the first time. This small dealership is so much better to work with than these big multi dealership places. Much more personal and friendly.
