Recently brought my car in to Waverley Mitsubishi for the first time and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Matteo was knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, kind, and just all around incredibly helpful. I’ve never experienced such consistent and detailed communication throughout a service with my vehicle. I knew everything that was going on from start to finish and there was no pressure for anything throughout. They sent me cost breakdowns, asked before moving forward with any additional finds, and even sent photos to help me understand what was going on through the process. They truly went above and beyond every step of the way. On top of that the rest of the team was welcoming and cheerful. The shuttle driver Terry was a delight to be around and chat with!
