I met with the finance manager JJ, and he proceeded to introduce me to Derrick the gentleman (gentle giant) who sold me my first ever F150. Wayne Akers Ford should be honored to have these two outstanding and professionals assets who never skipped a beat and truly understood my needs, respected my research, combined with their experience and knowledge they totally exceeded my expectations with honors. The customer service was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on my needs. The sales team was knowledgeable, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Overall, the experience was seamless, stress-free, informative, and actually enjoyable.
