From the phone call conversation, to the salesperson and overall experience— it was wonderful. Karen’s positive and genuine energy that came through on the phone and was matched in person. Mark Anthony was patient, supportive and very helpful throughout! Simon closed the deal and was respectful and helpful. We came in for my son and his wife, but I am coming back when my lease is up because good people and good treatment is very critical as you have plenty of places to go, but good customer service is not always found. I totally recommend this dealership and the staff we encountered!
