I give my highest recommendation to Wayne Subaru! The team is friendly, transparent, & truly cares for its customers. I purchased a vehicle out of state and when I ran into issues registering the car, the team expedited all remaining paperwork and worked closely with me to solve any issues I ran into (even after I already paid them for the vehicle). I will definitely be going back to them for my next car.

We found the perfect car and appreciated working with a dealership that did not pressure us or attempt to add unnecessary charges to increase the sale. That transparency was very helpful in deciding where to make our purchase. We initially hoped to complete a trade-in but did not have all of the necessary paperwork at the time. The team was kind enough to wait while we addressed this, which we appreciated. However, the patience shown during that process felt somewhat limited. While I ultimately remained a customer and did complete the purchase, a bit more patience and understanding in that moment would have made the experience smoother. Toward the end of the process, the experience felt somewhat rushed. There was minimal explanation about the next steps regarding my loan, and the interaction concluded rather abruptly. Even a brief walkthrough of what to expect next or a simple acknowledgment of the purchase would have helped the experience feel more complete. Having purchased vehicles from dealerships before, this final portion felt a bit hurried, as though we were inconveniencing the salesperson. That said, I would like to recognize the team members who assisted us with the financial paperwork and Vince, who walked us through the car’s features. Both were outstanding. They took the time to answer our questions thoroughly, demonstrated strong attention to detail, and shared their expertise in a way that made us feel comfortable and informed. Their assistance was greatly appreciated and made a positive impact on our overall experience.

I would give Wayne Subaru more than 5 stars if I could! I had a great experience buying my '24 Crosstrek from here in December. I worked with Sean Donnelly, who was transparent and kind, making the buying experience seamless. I was very specific about what I was looking for, and Sean reviewed the dealership’s inventory to find a car that checked all the boxes. Sean showed me all the car's features before and during the test drive and helped me set up certain features before driving the car off the lot. I had a wonderful experience with the entire team throughout the purchasing process and when picking up my new plates. Top-tier customer service, I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next car.
