I recently purchased a new vehicle from Wayne Toyota. After getting quotes from two different Toyota dealers in Winnipeg, I went to Wayne’s to see if they would price-match. Much to my surprise, Wayne’s beat both Winnipeg prices by a substantial amount! Needless to say, I purchased from Wayne’s! The salesman that served me, Todd Roberts, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota products. Todd went out of his way to make my buying experience the best it could be. I was totally impressed and satisfied with the service I received from Wayne’s Toyota. I couldn’t be any happier with my new truck! Highly recommend Wayne’s to anyone looking for an excellent price on a new Toyota! I also highly recommend Todd if you’re looking for excellent service and a great deal!

The process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly communicated. A special thank you to the Service Manager, who truly stood out. Their leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for customer satisfaction made a big difference. They took the time to ensure everything was handled properly and that I felt confident and informed throughout the visit. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I purchased my brand new Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Wayne Toyota in September 2025, and overall it has been a great experience. Nick was the first person I contacted, and he helped me a lot throughout the process. Even now, whenever I have a question, he’s just a text away and usually gets back to me within an hour. That kind of support after the purchase really means a lot. Jolene also did a great job helping me with the financing process and made everything smooth and easy to understand. I went for my service yesterday and the work was done perfectly. I really appreciated the professionalism of the service team. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be nice if they could include a good car wash as well—it would make the overall service experience feel even better. Overall, a very positive experience. 9/10! ⭐

May 19,2026 Thank you George. All the best Wayne Toyota. Long story short it was a loose cap - oh boy 🤦🏻‍♀️ ! Here for those who travels from Western Canada … they r super busy. No jkjk a regular service ( oil change included) two weeks in advance appointment ( ikr) but they r very professional. George listened, accommodated, fixed the problem n recommended possible/ alternate course of actions when concern at 8000 mark expressed. Once again thank you very much George. U rock 💪 May 18,2026 I’m fm West coast Vancouver bc. Solo female senior n a very young GRD epic road trip No. 21. Y am I feeling SO stressful aah! Public holiday today ( May 18) this AM my new highlander ( April 2026) onboard message said ‘ Check Engine Visit Your Dealer ‘. U r my closest dealer. Please help. To make sure I can talk to someone first thing tomorrow ( Tuesday May 19) parked unauthorized in front of your service gate. Wayne Toyota is awesome! The rep I dealt with Meghan couldn't have been any better at her job than she was. She went out of her way to make sure all my expectations were met. It's a class A dealership! The place was very clean and well kept and well stocked. All the staff I dealt with even if just a short talk was very professional and friendly! If u bring your vehicle in for service they have a shuttle car that will bring you to where u want to go free of charge but plz remember to tip the driver they deserve it. The gentleman who dropped us off at the mall then came and picked us up was great friendly to talk with. Overall this dealership will b the one that takes care of my Tacoma that's for sure! Thank you to Meghan and the rest of the staff I dealt with. One more thing they have me a quote on the job needed to be done which was close to 4 grand but got the job done sooner and saved me close to a grand what more can you ask for? I also have a recommendation I hope many heed I bought my truck from "Approval Drives" just a few months prior and this problem could not b seen or noticed unless u were the one doing the service on it. They refused to help in any way shape or manner which I'm not done fighting for yet. But the dealer Rep Sofie ghosted me after I messaged her and told her what the prob was. She told me sorry u had the truck this long. But like I said to her was look at the kilometers I haven't even had a chance to drive it much as I had a health scare which almost took my life and I been on and out of hospitals and even at this time of posting waiting for several more surgeries. She didn't care said not helping then ghosted me. That says about about that dealership. So if you're going to make a big purchase like that go straight to the dealership Wayne Toyota in thunder Bay for our area and buy from them. Don't get stuck with a big repair like I did buying from these other types of auto dealers they do not back their products but Wayne Toyota would I'm sure of that. Also Toyota is a great vehicle the trucks and cars are great I love my truck wish I had bought 1 long ago. For the most part they are bullet proof my problem was I bought from "Approval Drives," and a coolant return hose that is in back of motor so it was a failure of the rubber and things like that happen but if u buy from a reputable dealership like Wayne Toyota u can't go wrong u will get a very well built and tough vehicle that will last u for years just talk to any owner of a Toyota they will tell you exactly what I am. Again thank you Meghan and Wayne's Toyota for fixing my truck and you have a very happy customer! Take care!
