While traveling through Kirbyville my 2016 Laramie Ram flash a couple of codes, went into limp mode, shifted to a lower gear then shutdown. At first I thought it was my battery. After checking I still had 12.8vdc. After about 5 minutes I was able to restart the engine and drove the 1 mile to the dealership. (Lucky we were so close) I met with Jeremy the shop manager and Kenny in parts. Jeremy had one if his techs check for codes and the only codes were ABS. Jeremy noted RAM no longer makes ABS modules and I would have to get a refurbished module. I met with Kenny and he provided the info I needed and I ordered the module. The part arrived on Friday and will be installed on Monday. I suggested they keep the truck a couple of extra days and drive it around to make sure nothing else pops up. Through out the entire process the entire service team was very professional, kind and sympathetic to our situation. The quality of their service is FIRST CLASS. If you are looking for a service department which will look out for your best interest I highly recommend these guys. Thanks guys!!!

We are not from the area. We broke down at 5:30am. I called and they answerwd before open time. We got a tow truck to them. Mechanic was super nice- fuel issue. They also let us borrow a car to run get breakfast it was 8am and we were out by 830am. Super professional and nice people. No run around he could have charged us anything but did not.

Thank you Ken! We noticed our 2003 Dodge Ram 250O was leaking fluid. We were pulling our fifth wheel to our next location traveling south. We pulled in Ken promptly came out investigated the issue and gave us the best news just condensation from AC. Eased our minds that we could move on.
