Matt and Pete were awesome. Drove all the way from Fort Worth to do business with them and I would do it again. The automobile business is in a weird time with low inventory and market adjustments. One phone call with Matt and I was able to make a decision to drive 5 hours to work with them rather than the dealer 5 minutes from my house that wanted a 12k “market adjustment”. My wife and I were passing through Borger Texas on my way to Wyoming when my Allison transmission failed. The team at Webb made my problem their priority. I was totally impressed with the hospitality of Chris Webb the owner who let me use a car off the lot until they could locate the part. Angel the service manager located the part and prioritized getting me on the road. Both of these gentlemen communicated with me often and treated me great. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had rather a long wait, a little more than an hour after the preliminary. The waiting room was nice but you can't watch the TV because it directly faces a wall of floor to ceiling eastern facing windows. Nothing but glare. Otherwise the dealership is very nice and I would not hesitate to bring my car to them again.

Very happy with purchase. Salesman was very nice and helpful. I got a good price on my trade in. Pickup is very nice. Found a problem after I got the pickup home. Pete had me bring the pickup back in for inspection. They ordered the parts and installed the at no charge the following Monday.
