# Summary The dealership receives highly polarized reviews, with some customers praising responsive customer service and staff helpfulness, while others report serious concerns about vehicle condition disclosure, disabled diagnostic ports, and mechanical issues being concealed through cosmetic repairs. The stark contrast between five-star and one-star ratings suggests significantly inconsistent experiences, with quality control and transparency being key points of contention among buyers.
Spoke to Yvette over the phone regarding a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 for $15,999 and she told me the truck was in Great conditions no issues. My wife & I drove from Fresno, Tx to Corpus (3 hours) to see the truck for my self and vehicle looked great from far away but first thing up-close i saw was rust on frame and other parts and they painted over the rusted frame to try to hide it instead of removing the rust first. i got under the truck and immediately seen it had a very noticeable oil leak. i Checked the oil stick and the oil was black. Definitely the truck was due for an oil change i don't know how many miles ago. Now it was time to turn the truck on. First thing i seen was the check engine light stayed one and other warning lights on the dashboard Like :" Service Stabilitrak" , "Service Trailer brake System" , " Service Tire Monitor System". Yvette told me to take it to Autozone to get a check engine light diagnosed so I did Take the truck to AutoZone across the dealership To checked with their OBD 2-reader but i was told by a worker that the trucks computer port was disabled. Big Red Flag. The only reason to disable the trucks computer port is so buyers don't see all that's Actually wrong with the Vehicle and if it was disabled for any other reasons why didn’t she let me know instead of waisting my time knowing it that wasn’t going to work. Took the truck for a test drive and notice vehicle was pulling to the right so it needed an alignment or vehicle needed suspension repairs. i did notice a load noise coming from the front when backing up when you turn the Steering wheel all the way to the left. After coming back from the test drive i Asked Yvette if she was aware off all these issues and she Just said No. I dont believe that but it is what it is. I Dont understand why a dealership would want to sell a vehicle in this condition to a customer. Now would i trust buying a Quality used Vehicle from this dealership. Of course Not I Would'nt. I Think they should be More Honest to people From the start. I would Advise if any one wants to buy a vehicle from this dealership to have a mechanic of your trust to inspect the vehicle in an out to uncover any issues or defects Also doesnt matter what dealership you go to. Dont let them know your are coming to see one of there vehicles. Just show up! so you dont give them a chance to Hide or reset any engine lights on dashboards. Thats what i did.
Great customer service. Yvette is very helpful and responds quickly to all questions on her vehicles. If you are in need of a vehicle Yvette is the person to see.
Not only did YVETTE waste our time, she is unprofessional & super disorganized, the inventory isn’t all that great. For all of the above we had to pass✌🏼
