Weekley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Highly recommend Weekleys in Butler Ohio to anyone looking for a new vehicle! I've bought two vehicles from them myself, and my parents and grandparents get their vehicles from them as well. We refuse to go anywhere else as you cannot beat the exceptional customer service. Erik made the process of getting my Jeep so simple and smooth! He worked with my crazy schedule and I always knew what was going on with my jeep throughout the build process. I am so happy with my new Jeep, and cannot thank Erik and the weekley family enough! ❤️

I initially went to Weekley to have them program a key for my truck. It was supposed to take an hour. After sitting at the dealership for about 3 hours, they gave me a bill that was quite a bit higher than the price of just the key. Turns out, they had looked over the entire truck (which I didn’t ask for), and charged me to look it over! Then, they claimed to have found multiple problems with it while looking it over including a “bad” coolant leak out of many different places, and gave me a quote to fix it. The quote was around $2,000. I decided to not fix it for the time being. I took the truck home, parked in a place where I could see if it leaked on the ground and after days, weeks, and now months there has been no leak. I have had the truck serviced since then, with over 4,000 miles driven since I had my truck at Weekley. The place I get it serviced at checked the coolant, and didn’t need to add a drop. My coolant level has been, and is still, very much full with no leaks whatsoever. I could not urge you enough to take your vehicles somewhere else, and it pains me to think about just how many people this place has ripped off with repairs that do not need done.

Easy to schedule a service, great service at reasonable prices, great honest advice and opinions on new models with twin turbo straight 6 engine. Loving my new 2024 Ram 2500 Cummins.

Weekly's did an amazing job detailing my truck, they also did an oil change, rotated my tires and replaced a wheel bearing sensor. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and very helpful especially Chris in the service department. Thank you so much for all your services at Weekly's
