I always get excellent service for my wife’s vehicle at Weeks Dodge in West Frankfort. They are prompt, courteous and always accommodating.

First time dealing with this dealership,called befor I drove their ,James answered the phone he was very helpful,when we got there him and I believe Eric answered all are questions and provided our Chryslers pin to program a new Key Fob,had a rough night but thankfull to have customers service like them . Highly recommended.

If your a business make sure your W9 is up to date they won't take care of you on that and also don't know how to give it back when said form is handed over. I'm used to a professional courtesy about the matter. Grateful I guess that a Fiat place is around

The service department run by James Loss was incredible. We were traveling 700 miles away from home and his tech Logan was able to diagnose the issue, and do updates very quickly and we were back on the road. I was very impressed by their kindness and willingness to help.
