Weeks in Benton

I bought a vehicle through Dustin Hicks. He was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. By the time I actually got to the store I was there to test drive, sign, and drive off. Very pleased with the experience.

This place is horrible!! The salesman was crude, made sexual comments in front of my teenage daughter repeatedly, talk poorly about their customers to other customers. I have been yelled at and hung up on because they sold me a car with 4 bald tires. Refused to replace them even though the day of the sale I took it for an inspection and was told they had to be replaced. The manager told me he didn’t give a shit what another service department said about his cars. They paid for 2 and I had to pay for 2. I don’t think the replacements were new. I then totaled the car by hitting a deer. They owed me a $2880 refund for an extended warranty. So far they have refused to pay it out. I called and when they heard my name they hung up on me. I called back 3 times. I then was told I had to leave a voicemail. My next step is to get an attorney. Despicable people working there!! These group of men, about 5 of them in there try intimidation tactics to get out of doing what is right and what is owed to their customers!!

We recently bought a vehicle from Travis and had a fantastic experience. Living closer to St.Louis, MO, we had many options of dealerships to work with and yet decided to drive 2 hours to purchase with Weeks. The entire purchasing process was easy, fast, and enjoyable. Weeks and Travis will definitely be our first stop when we decide to purchase another vehicle.
