Made the whole deal online, great experience. Caryn texted me back within minutes of me inquiring about a Maverick truck. She answered all my questions immediately and never pestered me to come in. I live 2 hours away and wanted to be sure that I would be getting the truck for the price I wanted. Giancarlo was the best salesman, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I could tell he was putting my interest first. Gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, just sent pictures and vin and mileage and they made a very fair offer. The finance guy was so efficient, didn't try to upsell me and had all the paperwork in order and ready for me. Giancarlo even took my license plate off my trade-in and put it on my new truck. The best part is this all took under 2 hours. I would recommend Weikert Ford and Giancarlo Coche to anyone that wants a fair deal and respect.

bought my truck from them a year ago and not even 6 months in it gets a misfire. Im mechanically inclined so I attempted to fix it myself. After changing out the spark plug, ignition coil, the spark plug boot, I concluded it was a fuel injector issue. I took it to weikert for them to tell me what I already know because they told me fuel injectors are on power train warranty. When they inspected it, they told me injectors 3 and 4 were not firing at all and needed to be replaced and that it wasn't under warranty for some reason. Tried charging me $1300 for the simplest fix. I declined and paid the $150 inspection fee. I was content with this until I replaced the exact fuel injectors they said needed replaced only to find out it's not the fuel injectors, it's the wiring. (Took me 2 hours to replace, $1300 is ridiculous.) So not only were they going to charge me an insane price, but they did not give the correct information. I want my $160.50 back or I will never consider Weikert for my next vehicle purchase.

This will be long but worth the 5 star review Specifically for the service department Professionals, Fast, knowledgeable, great people to work with Purchased a new f350 2 hours south in SWFL, truck did not have factory 5th wheel puck system, no big deal I’ll just have that dealer install it (so I thought) purchased truck Saturday afternoon, the following Monday was a holiday so everywhere was closed… Tuesday I call the dealership I purchased the truck from to no avail. Hitch system is not available at that dealership.with that, their next door auto shop they work with tells me, that is a complicated install, truck will need to be dropped off and left for about a week, after you purchase parts, the labor and install will be around $2500. Discouraged, but determined, I did not take that as an answer, So I start calling around local dealerships, Dealerships one through four claim, either not available, national backorder, parts, locator system off-line, has to be ordered directly from Ford parts online… Dealership number five, let’s not talk about that sam guy I wasted 20 minutes, trying to get a hold of service department and rerouted to multiple people along with three calls from being disconnected. A couple more dealerships with the same end result. Until I contacted Weikert Ford, gave them the part number and bingo, they have it. Talk to service department, very professional and physically put eyes on it as I was hesitant, so I asked Them a unrealistic expectation to be installed within the next three days prior to the upcoming weekend, Here’s how that conversation went “ I know it’s short notice, but can it be installed by the weekend?” “ “Service advisor: That’s no issue at all we typically have them finished in a day” Me:” Do I need to make an appointment, I understand if you guys are booked out” Service advisor:” No appointment needed. You could just drop it off and we will start working on it right away.” “I’m on my way, I’ll be there in 2 hours” I show up, confirm everything is good to go, and then the keys, In and Out in less than five minutes. Dropped off 2pm on a Tuesday, mind you after a 3 day holiday weekend. Was not expecting a call Until mid too late the following day. Wednesday morning 8:30 am, got the call, truck was complete, tech stayed late to finish and tidied everything up this morning. MIND BLOWN. So here we are, I picked up the truck, the install is clean and looks OEM and I am in disbelief, how simple and fast they made this process ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
