# Summary The dealership receives polarized reviews, with satisfied customers praising David Weiss for his helpfulness, willingness to work with buyers in difficult financial situations, and above-and-beyond service, while dissatisfied customers report serious vehicle defects discovered after purchase, high pricing, and poor customer service from sales staff. The most critical feedback centers on vehicles sold with undisclosed mechanical issues and inadequate pre-sale inspections, though some customers credit the owner with offering post-purchase repairs and assistance.
Now that I’ve had my car for a year, let me tell you some things that have been going on that I was unaware of when I bought this vehicle. The steering wheel would make a clunking sound when I would turn it, figured out the CV joints are bad and I wasn’t told they were going out. The a/c has completely gone out and there are holes all throughout the a/c hoses. There is a significant exhaust leak that coats my windshield in a film that is really hard to get off. When accelerating, I smell something burning. Have already had to replace the tires due to the CV joints after I was told the tires were brand new. The battery that was “brand new” that they put in, yeah already had to replace that too. The starter is going out. Pretty sure the transmission is slipping too. The touchscreen will turn off and not come back on for weeks at a time. I’ve had to replace all of the brake pads. This car has cost me thousands to fix and repair and this all happened less than a year after I’ve bought the car. I bought this car for $17,000 and it’s not even worth $3,000. Weiss Guys told me nothing was wrong with the car. Didn’t even give me the carfax and also made me sign a “lemon law” waiver and at the time I didn’t even know there was a lemon law in Arizona, as I’m from Arkansas. I asked them for a reliable vehicle so I could start a family with my partner. Needless to say, I was in for a rude awakening when this vehicle started showing all of these major issues.
David Weiss was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and the next step(s). It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him!
Sometimes life comes at you and you need a hand. Needed a car and didn't have much. David and his team helped us out when we needed it most. I think people have expectations that they are buying a new car and it won't have any issues. They then blame David who can't predict what will happen. Anytime we have had an issue, he is always offering to help and get it fixed cheaper then anywhere else. Always treated with respect and they remember us.
Way over priced, KBB is updated for the inflation of car prices, but the one and only salesmen doesn't seem to know that. He has a nasty little attitude, and is definitely in the wrong profession. When we arrived we were looking at the vehicles waiting for someone to step out, he looked out the door and then went and sat at his desk. The owner seemed nice over the phone but wasn't there when I arrived. If he had a better salesman or worked later as his salesman also made clear that he only works one full day a week, he probably would've made a CASH sale.
David was extremely helpful and worked with me and my bad credit! He was the only one who got me financed and good payments I’m on my 3rd car from Weiss Guys!! Great place!!
