Austin, Robbie, Nick are all excellent, and especially Ricky! Purchased my 3rd vehicle from them yesterday and super easy and fast. However, whomever the manager is who came up with the idea that a customer should be sent away in a used car with 50 miles til Empty, you should reconsider. When I asked why it wasnt filled up I thought they were messing with me. These employees offer excellent service and create a positive experience just for you to feel like you stubbed your toe on the way out. Leaving 5 stars because that is above all them, but hope this reaches whoever makes those decisions.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Riverside. This was the complete opposite of the typical car dealership experience in the best way possible. From start to finish, everything was transparent, straightforward, and genuinely easy. No games, no hidden angles, and absolutely zero pressure from the finance manager. Every question was answered clearly, every option was explained without any pushing, and I never once felt rushed or boxed into a decision. What stood out most was how human the experience felt. They respected my time, my intelligence, and my budget, which is rare in this industry. It felt like working with people who actually care about building long-term relationships, not just closing a single deal. This is how buying a car should feel. Riverside has earned my trust, and I will absolutely be buying more cars from them in the future.

Place seems nice. I had an old friend get her car there last week. Nice car- I will say it was an okay price they could have done better for her. Not just that car was filthy. Pet hair everywhere; it was smelly. I can't believe a dealership can hand out a car looking like that. They didn’t do anything to get it right with her. Unbelievable!

I contacted this dealership on a Saturday wanting to buy one of their trucks and they said we would make a deal on Monday. So Monday comes around we make a deal and Tuesday we got approved for financing on the truck. I let them know that I would be there the following day to pick it up and after arranging Work, financing, and someone to go with me they informed me at 5:30-6 the day before going to get it that they sold the truck out from under me. That is bad business And I would recommend nobody buying anything from this place. Collin Vickrey was my salesman and just told me it’s “first come first serve.”
