I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from one salesperson in particular. Although I didn’t end up leasing a new Chevrolet here due to the economics of exiting my current lease, I want to sincerely thank and praise Kristin for making me feel genuinely welcome as a new customer. This was, without question, the most pleasant car-shopping and test-drive experience I’ve had. Kristin took the time to let me test multiple vehicles and even went the extra step of pre-starting and warming them up when I called ahead - that’s when I knew I was dealing with someone special. She was consistently pleasant, patient, and attentive, never letting up on service even through my indecisiveness and repeat visits. From the very beginning, they worked together as an incredible team to make sure I got the right car, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and preferences. She got me booked in within just two days and worked around my busy schedule, making everything incredibly convenient. My husband and I went looking for an SUV one morning after breakfast and the minute the sales person approached us, Dave, we already felt comfortable. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to overwhelm us, he was very easygoing and let us kind of browse around and ask questions if we needed to. Once we chose a vehicle to test drive and we decided to go with that vehicle, we also went through financing details and the woman who did our financing, Tracy was amazing and didn't make us feel nervous or overwhelmed. She was very new at the time and she did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. Both of those individuals that helped us and all of the rest that we have dealt with since that interaction have been wonderful. Jason was an amazing and accommodating associate assisting with a trade in today for me and getting me a new SUV at a good price.
