Excellent customer service. I was very surprised that this business will come to your home to personality pick up our vehicle and return it! That's quite a welcome service as we get older! I would think others would value this added service. I was very satisfied with the price on thd 4 tires. I did check other sites and this business is very competitive. All thd other work I requested was completed to my satisfaction. This is my first time using Wellsboro Automotive. They have earned two new customers!Thank you to Jeff and his valued staff.

I thought I had my brakes repaired at my car dealership. On my trip to Wellsboro they started making noise when applied. My colleagues recommended Wellsboro Automotive so I called they were able to get my car scheduled quickly and actually picked it up from my hotel and dropped it back off at my work place. They were thorough and treated me well.

I had a nail in my tire causing a leak, and the guys at Wellsboro Automotive were able to get me in same day to repair it. The service was fast and professional, and the repair was well priced. The vehicle health checkup that the provided was great too, and ensured that I have my upcoming inspection and next oil change on my radar to get taken care of. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team.

We unfortunately had a vehicle problem while away from home. Upon reading online reviews and also asking the owner of the air b&b where we were staying, I went to Wellsboro Automotive. I met with Garrett and found him to be very friendly and professional. He provided me with an initial opinion and estimate of costs. Again, unfortunately, as they were working to complete the repairs, it became evident that more work was required to properly fix the vehicle. They finished everything in a time that was convenient for us. I feel that we were fairly treated and would recommend them to other people in our situation.

Odd occurrence of wheel weight replacement after spontaneous loss for unknown reason. Repair tech reported how unusual it was, and actually had never seen. Informed us of gathering of workers to learn and problem solve the situation. And did an in depth explanation of the resolution. Also did not charge us. We had just had the oil changed and tires rotated.
