I honestly cannot say enough negative things about our experience with this dealership. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into an ongoing, frustrating ordeal that has dragged on for over a year. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here, and not long after, we began noticing serious issues with the paint. It started chipping far sooner than it ever should on a newer vehicle. Come to find out, this is tied to a recall—so you’d think getting it addressed would be straightforward. It has been anything but. For over a year, we’ve been given the runaround. Every time we follow up, it’s the same story—delays, excuses, lack of communication, and no real sense of urgency. Meanwhile, we’re stuck making significant monthly payments on a vehicle that looks worse and worse over time. The paint condition is honestly embarrassing, and it’s incredibly frustrating knowing it’s a known issue that just isn’t being handled properly. What makes this even worse is the lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership and making this right, it feels like we’re being brushed off and strung along indefinitely. Getting clear answers or timelines has been nearly impossible, and we’re left feeling completely ignored as customers. At this point, it’s not just about the paint—it’s about the overall experience. Buying a vehicle is a major financial commitment, and we expected a basic level of service and follow-through. Instead, we’ve been left dealing with a problem that should have been resolved months ago. If you’re considering buying from here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. Our experience has been exhausting, disappointing, and completely unacceptable.
